The Time Lag Garden is on Sri Lankas southwest coast. It's a peaceful 2000m2 area within a short walking distance to the Beach which is also known for its great Surfing waves.Tilak a nativ Singhalese will help and manage all your needs The space The Time Lag Garden was built in 2014 and is a very quiet, calm and comforting place to relax and enjoy yourself. It is located in a very safe but rural area. You will find all kinds of different flowers, papaya,banana and coconut trees within the 2000square meters of the Time Lag Garden, which provides enough space for privacy if so wanted. There are two Cabanas and a main house ,each with a terrace of its own. The Cabanas are equipped with a king sized bed and a nice outdoor shower. You will also have enough room for a spare bed if wanted (+7€p.d), so that you will easily fit 3 people in each Cabana. Feel free to use the kitchen for breakfast, lunch or dinner witch is equipped with a coffee machine, a water filter, a blender, a toaster, a fridge and a gas stove. The beach is within a 10 minute walk from the Garden or even a 5minute ride by bicycle (which will also be available for renting). The beach has a beautiful almost white shore and it is known to be an awesome surfing spot called „the Rock“. You will also find a lot of different things to do such as whale watching, elephant riding or feeding, shopping, National Parks and historic places like Temples are all located nearby. Or you can just stay in the Garden and watch the monkeys play above your head in the trees, the sunset from the water tower is a beautiful event and gives you an overview of your surroundings. If i´m not there a german and english speaking local (Tilak) will be more than happy to help you with everything you need and organize your stay if you want.
