Tobia's Workshop

"Officina" because when my wife chose it to create a cozy apartment for Tobia, our son, that was it. The apartment is in one of the most original and new areas of our city. The house is on the ground floor, with access from the private courtyard to the large dining room. The delightfully decorated bathroom has a shower. There are two beds in the room: one double and one French bed The space It's easy to be our guests. Our area is free parking, outside the constraints of the ZTL but a 10-minute walk from the center or, if you prefer, bus no. 68 makes the road for you. In addition, our lovely apartment has the peculiarity of having an independent access from the courtyard, no stairs on which to drag luggage, but a cozy corner with a coffee table and chairs, on which to rest as soon as you arrive, surrounded by greenery. Guest access Our guests will have full access to all the rooms of the accommodation, including a fully equipped kitchen, if you wish, to cook all the meals of your stay. One thing that is important to us: if you are a couple of friends or colleagues and do not want to share the double bed, which we prepare for two guests, please let us know. We will prepare the second bed for you at a small additional cost of €10, just the cost of the extra linen.
