We will do our best to accommodate your request. * 2. Non-Smoking Policy: This is a strictly non-smoking unit. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the balcony. Violating this rule will result in a penalty fee. 3. Occupancy: The unit is suitable for 2 to 3 persons. Please do not exceed this limit. Names of the guests are required to be submitted 3 days prior to the booking. Only the names on the guest list are allowed inside the premises. 4. Amenities: Use of Pool & Clubhouse - Guests have access to the pool. Please adhere to the rules and operating hours set by the management. Washing Machine - A washing machine is available for use inside the unit. Please follow the instructions provided to avoid damage. Kitchen Appliances - The unit is equipped with a microwave and induction cooker for your convenience. Please handle them with care. 5. General Conduct: Please respect the neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during late evening and early morning hours. 6. Cleanliness: Kindly keep the unit tidy during your stay. Please take out the trash regularly (if you're staying more than 2 days) or upon check and leave the unit in good condition upon check-out. Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately to ensure they are addressed promptly. 7. Pets We all love our pets. Unfortunately, they are not allowed inside the unit. A fine of PHP 30, 000.00 is imposed by the condominium's admin if guests are caught bringing pets inside the unit. 8. Internet Wifi is available inside the unit and free of use. Username and password would be shown upon check-in. 9. Shoes and outside slippers: Please keep your shoes and outside slippers by the rack, right beside the door. 10. Shower heater: A shower heater is available. The temperature is already pre-set. 11.
