The Artist’s Little House at CHL-1hr fromNashville

We are close to the lake but not walkable, about a 10 minute drive. The Little House is next to my art studio on a quiet dead end road on our 23 acre farm.The house is 475 sq ft but has everything you need to relax and feel comfortable. It's calm colors,clean design and beautiful nature surroundings will give you the escape you’ve been looking for.Enjoy relaxing on the porch, watching the sunset and listening to the night sounds as you unwind from the lake, river or traveling. The space This "little house" (think a little bigger than a tiny house but not much) is nestled among the trees. In this space I have tried to make it a calming and serene get away. The wrap around porch has plenty of room to enjoy outdoor/indoor living. There are 2 bedrooms, each with comfortable queen beds allows for at least 4 people with the option of a guest(best for a child) sleeping on the fold down sofa. It is acceptable for a family however there is no dining area and it is small so you must be comfortable with small spaces. We are on a dead end road so it's a rural setting. The yard is full of tree roots because of the big shady trees in the yard. Because it being a rural setting there are nature things that can't be controlled like bugs, critters and outdoor sounds. You may see a wild turkey, hear bird calls in the morning or pass a field of deer on a walk. We love the natural sounds and quietness of the area and hope others do too! Guest access Guests will have the place to themselves. Other things to note The yard is full of tree roots and can be challenging to navigate for older family members. We recommend arriving during the day if you aren’t steady on your feet. It is not a well lit area and we caution walking through the yard with the roots at night. There is room to accommodate a boat in the driveway area depending on the size. One night stays welcome during the week or within 24 hours of a Friday/Saturday if we are not booked for the weekend. We prefer weekends to be 2 night minimums but if it’s available ask about reserving and I will change it to accept 1 night. If you book same day as your stay we need 1-2 hours to prepare,
