You can enjoy the sun with a large private swimming pool and an arbor with dining furniture. The space This contemporary villa consists of a large living room with a sofa corner, a large 65 inch TV with all international channels, dining room table, and fully equipped kitchen opening onto a garden with a large pool, an outdoor dining area for 6 people with a barbecue. All 3 bedrooms are en-suite plus an independent guest toilet. The house is fully air conditioned and has a laundry area. A car park with an electric gate and a 24h security. For a short stay under 5 nights, electricity is included. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and the swimming pool of the residence. Other things to note In order to make all our guest feel welcome we provide some extra services. * Taxi service from airport to the house and back. We recommend all our guests to use it as our driver knows where is located the house and the price is cheaper than the airport taxis. - 500 baht for a normal car for maximum 3 people - 1000 baht for a mini van for a maximum of 6 people * Extra bed. We can provide extra beds for our guests. * Drink package. Let us know if you need any drinks or snacks to be at the house * Scooters/cars. You can book scooters or cars before your arrival so it will be ready for you.
