The space ~ Professionally hosted by OBX Sharp Stays ~ This charming OBX cottage offers 2 king bedrooms & 1 bathroom with outside living space including a patio in the rear yard, charcoal grill, outdoor shower and 4 bikes to explore from the ocean to the sound! There is also a wrap around, covered front porch. The home is equipped with a very efficient HVAC system to provide central heating and air conditioning. If you have more than 3 vehicles or if you have boats or trailers please reach out to see if we can accommodate prior to booking ★ 3 Beach cruiser bicycles with locks ★ Outdoor shower and sink, shower with cold water ★ Water hose ★ Charcoal grill + grill utensils (Charcoal is not provided) ★ Fire Pit with Adirondack seating on patio (firewood not provided, bundles are sold at local grocery stores and Lowe's both just a minute or two drive from the cottage) Starter Items Provided: ★ We will get you started with some starter supplies including 3 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, dish soap + sponge, ground coffee plus sugar/creamers, a few keurig pods, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, 5 trash bags and a little laundry detergent. If you need more than this for your stay, please bring what you will need. You will be provided with linens, pillows and 6 bath towels. The bath towels are not for beach use, if you need beach towels please bring some. Guest access The entire cottage is for guest use, there are no shared spaces on the property. You will have the entire 2 bedroom cottage. The back yard shed is locked for owner use only. Other things to note - You may see someone from our lawn care team come out for a quick trip during your stay to maintain the grass. - Check out instructions will be posted in your Airbnb and include asking if you would not mind starting the first load of sheets/towels but not necessary, washing your dishes and taking your trash to the outside can. - You will be asked to put the trash can to the road for pick up on scheduled days. (March - November: Monday and Thursday evenings, other times of the year Monday evenings only) - The yard has sand spurs in it, this is the beach! - Complimentary bikes are also provided for your enjoyment. While we strive to maintain their availability at all times, please understand that on occasion, maintenance may be required, potentially impacting their accessibility until resolved. - Hurricane season is June to November, please see Airbnb policy regarding weather events: "Weather events, natural conditions, and diseases that are excluded from our Extenuating Circumstances Policy" There will be no refunds related to weather events. If this concerns you I encourage you to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance is available through Airbnb and you will be presented with the option to add trip insurance prior to confirming your booking.
