Designed like our home, it is cozy and welcoming and is 5 minutes walk to a subway. It is right next to Ateneo de Manila University. The space Our place is a 1 bedroom condo and a gallery of 25 paintings. Originally intended for our daughter whom we thought will go to Ateneo for college, this place is an expression of our taste and preferences. It is located on the 27th floor of Blue Residences. The condominium building is right next to Ateneo Blue Eagle gymnasium. It has restaurants, parcel and money remittance LBC, Banco de Oro, convenience shops 711 and Mini Mart, laundry shop, drinking water supplier, and a beauty parlor. A jeepney terminal to UP is just right across the building. Famous Katipunan restaurants are also just about 5 to 10 minutes walk away. Blue Residences is a purely residential condominium standing right at the corner of Katipunan Avenue and Aurora Blvd. It has 24-hour concierge, security, and doorman services. Our place is fully furnished and it is fitted with 2 twin size hotel quality beds, first class hotel quality duvet, bed linen, and soft pillows. A sofa in the living room and an extra floor matress can be used as beds. There are two airconditioning units in our place. There is one for the bedroom and another one for the living and dining and kitchen areas. Secured parking slot is available on the second floor for a minimal fee.
