Cal Torello, Urbino, apartment in ancient estate

Cal Torello is just 4.5 km from the center of Urbino. It has two apartments with independent entrances, the Gufo (Owl: bathroom with green tiles) and the Ape (the Bee: orange tiles, antique bed), for 3 or 2 pers. respectively, on the first floor of a 16th century farmhouse. Recently renovated, each of the two apartments has a breakfast corner, fridge, toaster, kettle, sink (the larger one with kitchenette and fireplace), heating and hot water. Shared, swimmable biolake available. The space Warm, rustic but modern environment, with handmade terracotta floors, stone walls, exposed beamed ceilings and a mix of elegant antique furniture, more recent pieces in traditional style and new sofas, mattresses and carpets. Parking and use of the garden, courtyard and loggia (also for outdoor breakfast) TV set and Wi-Fi included. A small but pleasant shared bio-lake, suitable for swimming, is available to guests. The owners live on the 2nd floor. Guests can choose between two apartments on the 1st floor, both with central heating. The largest apartment is 50 square meters with a spacious, separate bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a bathroom with tub and window. The living/dining room has a kitchenette complete with refrigerator, two-burner stove and sink, a comfortable sofa, excellent lighting and a large working fireplace. The smallest is a 40 square meter studio apartment with a breakfast nook, a generously sized double bed, a large bathroom with a walk-in shower with rain effect and a terrace with a panoramic view. Both are charming and inviting, one more spacious, the other more welcoming and romantic, both featuring high levels of comfort and style, including sparkling mosaic-tiled bathrooms and the highest quality fixtures.
