The Design apartment was completely restored and redecorated by interior designers and it is placed in a very charming cobblestone street in Trastevere, every point of interest of Rome is within 5-30 minutes walk, this is your best home in Rome! The space The first thing that you notice upon entering the Design Apartment is definitely the light that filters through all the rooms and colors the walls with warm and lively tones. The apartment is located on the second floor of a recently renovated building in a very charming cobblestone street in Trastevere. There is no elevator at present, but access to the apartment is easy. The apartment consists of a large double bedroom, a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a balcony overlooking the internal courtyard from the early 1900s. The living area has a new generation SmartTV, a comfortable high quality sofa that converts into a double bed with an electro-welded base and made-to-measure mattress, a saarinen marble table with design chairs and a open kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, built-in fridge with freezer, oven, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and a very quiet dishwasher. The master bedroom is wall framed by a damask wallpaper in cold blue tones on which the leather headboard of the double bed rests. A SmartTV, soft lighting and luxury furnishing accessories creates a refined environment. The bathroom is modern and elegant with a high-design half-moon washbasin, shower with stain-resistant glass cabin, bidet, WC and a separate area used as a laundry. Access to the balcony is from both the living room and the bedroom and offers a view of a characteristic Roman courtyard. Free WIFI Fiber Internet connection for our guests. Guest access CHECK IN : Standard Check Ins are from 3:00pm to 8:00pm. If you arrive in the morning from 10:30 am you are welcome to drop off your bags and collect keys. Depending on previous guest's check out time the apartment could be ready earlier than 3:00pm, Silvana the housekeeper will give you all the information when she meets you. Late check-ins are starting at 8:00PM are subject to a extra €30,00 fee, from 11:00PM €40,00 and from 00:00am €50,00 extra fee to be paid cash to the housekeeper. CHECK OUT: Standard Check out is by 10:00am If needed you can use the nearby luggage storage in Via Natale del Grande. If you plan on leaving earlier than 10:00am please inform Silvana and make sure to lock the apartment door and to leave keys under the umbrella stand of the red entranceway.
