Modern and very comfortable apartment with all amenities. Nearby the Europa Fira Barcelona at 15 min by metro/bus from Barcelona center (Plaza Cataluña) and 15 minutes from the airport by car. Ideal for families and couples. Residential and quiet in family area. The neighbors community has strictly forbidden groups of friends to stay in the apartment, so unfortunately we cannot accept reservations made by groups of friends. This apartment is intended for families, couples or business trips. The space You will stay in a modern apartment of 2 bedrooms and a living room. The apartment is big enough, it has 85 m2. You will have a double bed in a suite dormitory with a bathroom and two individual beds in a second room. There are 2 bathrooms in the flat. If you come by car, no problem, we have a parking place in the same building. If you like views, this apartment is just for you. It is situated on the last floor (don't be scared, there are 2 elevators). You can enjoy the sunset from your own private terrace, taking a cup of coffee or GinTonic :-) Of course, there is a high speed optic fibre wifi connection (300Mb) in the whole apartment. Guest access You will have free access to all the spaces of the apartment and building. You will be alone at the apartment. Thereare 2 elevators in the building. There is also a parking included in the same building, if you need it. Any time you can contact us through this platform or by phone. Before you come to the apartment it will be cleaned. Other things to note - Check in time is 3pm (can be flexible depending on the previous check-out). - Late check in (after 9pm), is an extra 30 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival - Check out time is 11am or earlier (can be flexible depending on the following check in). - We have good relationships with our neighbours and would like to keep it that way, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm. - Parties are not allowed. - A tourist tax must be paid in cash upon check-in. This charge is €1.10 per person per night, with a maximum of 7 nights. Guests aged 16 and under are exempt. - It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. In case of breaking this rule the fine will be 150€. - The flat's capacity is of 4 people. No additional guests allowed. - Please take out the trash before check-out. - Please note that an extra fee could be charged depending of the conditions you leave the apartment. - You will be required to show your ID/Passport upon arrival. In order to follow local regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the local police’s database, we will have to scan these documents for all guests. I hope this is not an inconvenient! - Please note that for reservations of 28 days or more, an additional €200 per month will be charged to cover the costs of utilities (electricity, gas, water, and internet). - For bookings made on the same day we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you in the apartment within three hours of confirmation of your reservation. - Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock from the inside when you go out, as this can prevent you from being able to open the door upon your return. If this happens, a locksmith would need to be called, and the cost, depending on the time and urgency, can be quite high (often starting from around €250). In such cases, the guest would be responsible for covering this cost.
