Our Villa is an ideal Home stay in central of HCMC, which is located on a quiet street of Saigon. From our Home stay in central of HCMC, you can walk to famous Banh Xeo 46A and Tan Dinh Market , in 5', and you will enjoy a true city feeling! The space The room is part of a private house consisting 9 units. This unit is on the first floor , block B of my house . Guest access 24/7 self access During your stay We are a retired couple that lives in the house most of the time . We do travel from time to time , but we try our best to make ourselves available . During this time we are away, there will be someone staying in the house and assist you whenever you need. Feel free to ask us any question you have any time. Other things to note The property is 700 metres from Jade Emperor Pagoda and 1.2 km from War Remnants Museum and around 5 minute to Le van Tam Park , Tan Dinh Church , Tan Dinh Market and very famous Vietnamese restaurants like Banh Xeo 46A , Cuc Gach quan ...and more European restaurants ...with not expensive . The room provide you a balcony with green nature surround. You can enjoy city view from the room.
