Room has a small refrigerator, microwave, smart TV, K-Cup Coffee maker w/ pods & all items needed for your morning Joe. All the comfort of home with the amenities of a luxury hotel room! Home has centrally monitored Security System with cameras. Guest access Simple Rules: Park in driveway all the way to the right, not blocking garage doors, or on the street. Check-In is 3pm and Check-Out is NLT 10am, although I can be flexible with special request. Use Laundry facilities but bring your own detergent. If you use Kitchen, clean up after yourself! If you plan to use the Pool - Let me know so that I can provide pool towels. Pool is closed for winter. During your stay Someone is always home so if you want to chat we are open! If you prefer to be left alone - We are great with that too! Many of my guest have expressed feeling as though they are home! Noise potential.
