Studio close to touristic sites

Small and confortable studio located at the first floor in a very central position in Florence, close to the lively S. Ambrogio market with restaurants, cafes, craft shops. Safe environment. Cathedral, Santa Croce, Monastero Oblate, Museo Accademia within walking distance (less than 10 min). Museo Uffizi/Piazza Signoria 15 minutes. The space The studio located at the first floor (a double staircase-about 20 steps) is completely renovated, with wooden floor. The double bed is a wall bed (pull down, murphy bed) which folds leaving spacious living for the day. Bathroom with shower, Kitchenette, fridge/freezer, microwave/grill, dishwasher, washing machine, TV/radio set. Linen provided. Check - in up to 9.00 pm. If later please advice at the moment of the reservation to check our availability. Personal check-in/check-out times may be agreed. Guest access To reach the studio on the first floor there is a double staircase (about 25 steps). The whole city center is a limited traffic zone (ZTL) Access is free from 8PM to 08AM and on holidays. Parking on the streets- at the cost of 2€/hour (coin machines)- is difficult even outside the ZTL . The best parking for a few days is called "Parterre", 20 minutes walking distance at the cost of 10€/day. There are two small parking in the street where you can park for 8€/hour also getting a temporary permit for the limiyed traffic zone. They may be quite convenient to store the luggage in the studio. Other things to note Upon arrival to comply with italian rules guests will be requested to sign a contract for touristic lease for the amount already paid through airbnb. For each guest the host will pay a local tax to the Florence municipality of 3.0 Euro for every night (already included in the price) .
