Comfy and cozy! Privat room in central Zurich

Private room in a very cozy apartment with a big terrasse in the center of Zurich. Live with a local and feel at home! Close by to mainstation, airport and the lake. Get a little rest on a walk in the nearby forest with a fantastic few over the hole city. Very good connected with Tram, Bus and Train. Shopping is also very close. Good for Couples, Solo-travellers, Business trips. Not compatable for kids. Non-smokers only! (not even smokers who only smoke outside!!) The space Cozy flat, quick transition to and from mainstation (10mins by tram) and close to the city center. Restaurants and stores nearby. Guest access I am very happy to welcome you in my home. You'll be sharing the flat with me. You have your own cozy room and we share the rest of the flat, means you have access to kitchen, bathroom and livingroom and the terrasse. During your stay I am very considerate about my guests private space and time but also very open and happy to chat and get to know my guests a bit better. So you will find yourself in a cozy home, where you can relax, take some quiet time and be for yourself. And still have some nice talks with me when you feel like. I am always there for questions or if you have any problems. Other things to note Important, because I have no self-checkin: Please make sure to check Checkin-times with me first before booking. As I work shifts, I sometimes can't give you an early or late checkin or neither, although I'm happy to do whatever possible I can, to arrange a suitable checkin for you. Please note: as a one-night-stay, is not profitable for me at all, I am not able to give you any refund in case you need to shorten your two-night-stay. Thanks for your understanding.
