Inside a very large apartment, 190 square meters, there is this space consisting of two rooms, separated by a sliding door that allows you to have your own privacy but also to stay in a unique environment. The two rooms are rented together (to a single guest). The bathroom is private for the exclusive use of guests and is accessed from the hallway (the bathroom door is not inside the room). Suitable for families: the room is a very big one divided in two smaller rooms with a sliding door that – if open – allows you to have only one bigger room. One room is provided of a double bed that can become 2 single beds, while in the other one there are two single beds. We can also add a child's cot if requested. There is a wardrobe with 2 drawers, a TV, 4 USB plugs for your devices (pc, tablet and smartphones) and a kettle for tea and coffee. Bed sheets are provided. The bathroom is private, with shower and it's provided of towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and an hair dryer. the access to the bath is not in the bedroom but nearby. Guest access Guests will have the keys to access the apartment in any time. The keys of the flat will be given to the guests. Guests have no restrictions about accessibility to their room. Other things to note There is no use of the washing machine and no use of the kitchen is provided. In the room, there is a kettle available to guests with tea and coffee, a Nespresso Crema e Gusto, and a small refrigerator to keep drinks and food. In front of the house there is a bar and a supermarket for breakfast and to buy sandwiches, drinks and more. A 10-minute walk from Piazza Ponte Milvio offers all kinds of places to eat or spend a nice evening and have fun. No use of the laundry or the kitchen. In the room there is a small fridge for the guests to keep food and beverages, and a big table with chairs for eating cold meals. In the bedroom, there is a kettle to prepare tea or coffee. Just in front of the house there is a bar, a supermarket and many shops.
