Hear the river at the Frying Pan Studio

Basalt's location is convenient to both ends of the Roaring Fork Valley. It is ten-minute walk along the Frying Pan River to downtown Basalt. However, transportation is recommended. We accept pets at the studio, either one large or 2 small; there is a $50 pet fee. Please let us know if you wish to bring yours. We ask that the pet be kennel if left behind while you go out. Obey Town of Basalt's leash and patrol ordinances. Drop cloths provided if they are allowed on furniture. The space Tucked into the trees off the Frying Pan Road, the studio is a quiet, private space. You can hear the Frying Pan River as it flows to the Roaring Fork. It is very comfortable for couples or the solo traveler. The listed rate is for two guests, each additional guest is $35.00/night. Guest access The studio is located on the first story of the house with it's own entry. Parking is with in 25 feet of the front door. The other egress door is fire rated and seals, it opens to a stairwell and access to the garage. Feel free to check it out, if you open the door, please make sure that the door seals when you close it. Other things to note ACCESS to the studio is from the Frying Pan Road, NOT Sopris Drive. If you GPS the address you will end up on the WRONG side of the house. PLEASE READ the directions, I also send them on the morning of your arrival
