The space Apartment Location The Palafour 501 apartment is in the perfect location, the centre of Tignes Le Lac, in the building where the ESF ski school and Gallery of shops are, making it the perfect position for ski school meeting, supermarket shopping and Apres Ski. The apartment is a few steps from the Palafour chair lift and the Toviere gondola and has views across the lake of Val Claret and the Trolles run back into the village. The bedrooms have a view of the Palafour chair lift. Apartment Description The apartment is on the 5th floor at the end of the corridor so it benefits from having dual aspect views – with the lounge balcony facing South and over the beautiful lake of Tignes, and the bedroom windows looking North over the Palafour piste and to the mountains in the opposite direction. There is a large entrance hall with a door to the left into an open plan living room. The sitting area near the large window has views across the lake and has access to a south facing balcony. Beside the kitchen is a breakfast bar and dining table. There are three bedrooms in the apartment, one with a double bed, one with 2 singles and the other with bunks (please see floor plan of bedroom area below) The apartment has a shower room with toilet and sink, a bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet. Apartment Amenities The kitchen is well equipped with a electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and kettle. The large living area has a TV, DVD player and a sofa which converts into a double bed. The bathroom has a full sized bath with shower attachment. There are two ski lockers with the apartment that are located on the lower ground floor of the building. This apartment has WiFi Bed linen is provided but not towels, they can be hired from us in resort for 7€ per bath towel & €3 per hand towel. These must be booked in advance they can not be booked on your arrival day as they come from out of resort. Please note: All our apartments are non smoking. Pets are not allowed.
