Enjoy Arcachon, without the constraint of a car, and a family home in an exceptional environment. We offer for rent our 150 m2 house, located in a quiet area in Arcachon, in the middle of the Abatilles forest, but close to the main tourist attractions (15 minutes walk from the Arcachon city center, boats for Cap Ferret, and Pereire beach, less than 5 minutes from the Winter City). The space Our house has two entrances: an entrance through the terrace (forest side), and an entrance through the garden floor. We rent the entire house of 150 m2 (three trays of 50 m2, with toilet on each floor), sheets and towels are included in your rental: On the ground floor: The first access, via the terrace access on the forest side, allows you to discover a new fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, with high table, as well as a living room composed of a large corner sofa and multiple armchairs around the TV area, then a dining room with large dining table. An independent toilet completes this ground floor. On this floor, you will have direct access to a wooden terrace with small garden and access to the private forest. Fisrt floor: This first floor serves three beautiful bedrooms with beautiful tree views as well as a bathroom and toilet: The first bedroom, master, consists of a large new and high quality king size (180) double bed, various storage, two bedside tables and a wall TV. (possibility to add a crib). The second bedroom consists of a trundle bed (80) convertible into a queen size bed (160), and quality mattresses. The third bedroom has a double bed (140). Abundant storage and a large desk complete this space. A large bathroom is composed of a large shower, bathtub, and toilet. Garden level: Access through a glass door opens onto a real and large very well-equipped playroom (baby games, children, sports equipment) with TV and trundle bed (bed only in size). This space can be the 5th bedroom space. On this floor is also a bedroom with double bed, and office space, separated by the living space by a canopy and door. (bedroom 4) A bathroom completes this floor (shower, furniture with vanity and toilet), as well as a real SPA area, with its hot tub, and direct outdoor access. Discover the few getaways selected by the Tourist Offices for a week-long stay!
