The bedroom has a queen bed, wardrobe, dresser, dressing table, medium TV and bedside table. The shower room is separated by a sliding door. There is a shower with hot water, a sink and a toilet. There is a free toilet kit when you arrive (2 toothbrushes & toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, cotton stems and soap). Linens and towels provided. The kitchen has a hob, microwave, kettle, small coffee maker, fridge / freezer. There are laundry machines near the first pool in the residence. There is a lady who laundry in building A1 . There are laundry on Khao noi street as well as motorcycle, scooter and car rental companies. The shopping center is a 3 minute maximum walk from the exit of the residence. On the street khao noi you have all the shops (massage salons, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, laundromat...) The neighborhood is quiet. The residence is surrounded by villages, no other residence next door. The residence has a rudimentary gym, two swimming pools and a paddling pool, sun loungers and free parking. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. There's a queen bed and a sofa bed . There are two accommodations that are on the same landing, 3 apartments that separate the two apartments (about 25 meters) Our accommodations are in 3 different buildings. This one doesn't have an apartment on the same floor. 🔺CHECKOUT: Return the apartment in the condition as you found it: > empty the fridge and cupboards of all food > throw the trash away > clear away all the supplies and utensils you purchased during your stay as they will not be kept.
