The 13th floor at the Lake invites!

You will find new apartments on the 13th floor with a view of the city and incredible sunsets! Guests have access to a large bedroom with panoramic windows, spacious kitchen and bathroom. All the charms of the city are just a few steps away. Also apartment on 14.16 floors. The space 1-bedroom apartment with an area of 45 sq.m., a large bedroom of 24 sq.m., the kitchen is 12 sq.m. The apartment has independent heating, i.e. you are always warm and with hot water. The apartment has been renovated in the summer, all the furniture is new. We will be conveniently located for a couple or three guests. It's a good fit for families with kids. The room has another sofa where you can accommodate and a corner sofa in the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, microwave, electric kettle and dishes. There is always tea, spices, sugar, salt. The bathroom has a washing machine and a folding dryer for laundry, as well as a hairdryer, shower gel, soap, shampoo. Ironing facilities are available. You will find clean sheets and towels (good quality) If you stay longer than 3 days, we will provide a second set of bed linen and towels. (on request) Guest access A parking lot is available for guests with a car. Located on the 1st floor of the house, access directly to the elevators (pictured). Cost - 400 rubles/night (reservation is required). For guests wishing to go to the coast, to the Curonian Spit, to the region, to visit forts, etc., we will provide a car with a personal driver (the cost is on average 3000/day, you can clarify by writing to me) Airport pick up/drop off - 500 rubles Other things to note We will provide upon request: 1. baby chair 2.
