Flat with good aura. The space Warm and cozy one room flat (31 m2). 2nd floor. No initial plan to rent out it, so there is nothing in it- so called "good enough for short-term stay". I can guarantee inside temperature around 22 degrees. 15 min to the Old Town by tram, but a tram means never traffic jams! Bus or trolley - 10 minutes, but depend on traffic. Good neighborhood (2 min to supermarket “Rimi” where also are located pharmacy "Mēness Aptieka", drycleaner’s, restaurant "Vairāk saules"- (www.vairaksaules."lv"/en/restaurants/tc-rimi-valdemars/; instead of "lv" type lv). Nice and safe area. The flat is accommodated with everything necessary for comfortable living (incl. tableware, bed linens, towels, hairdryer, iron, some kitchen essentials, as well as bathroom essentials). Bathroom with bathtub. Electrical boiler (50 liters) for water heating. Bathroom is not renovated, but it is very clean- the same as the whole flat. (Cleanliness is a priority!!!)Staircase with code key to the street door. Suitable for 1 person or a couple. Non-smoking, and not prepared for pets. Guest access In the kitchen: Water heater- electric kettle Plates, knives, forks, spoons... Other kitchen tools Pots, frying pan Fridge Washing machine (for clothes) + washing detergent In the bathroom: Essentials (such as shampoo, shower gel...) In the living room: Iron + ironing board Rack for drying clothes Hairdryer Wireless Internet (up to 100 Mb) TV- pls inform if additional programs needed! Radio + clock Other things to note In winter time this flat is really warm, because of location in the house- the heating system simply is more effective in "my part" of the house. There is also an electrical heater- in case if there is autumn/spring period when central heating is turned off, but suddenly the weather has become chilly... In summertime- when it is very hot outside, this flat has a great advantage- it does not warm up during the day, and that is because the windows directly get just afternoon sun. Still the room is quite bright during the day. A few words about the bathroom. There is an electric boiler that allows you to control the temperature of the hot water you choose. So far- no complaints about the water pressure- I have never heard about any problems from my guests, and have never experienced any myself. The equipment is old- fashion. That you have to accept if you choose this flat.
