Only 25 min drive from the airport and you arrive in this beautiful oasis, almost throughout the whole year perfect weather. The house has a wonderful spacious living with 2 superb lounging sofas , flatscreen tv, fibre optic internet and also a beautiful dining table. There are 4 bedrooms in total. 2 rooms with a queen size bed and 2 rooms with a King size bed. There are 2 bathrooms with toilets and 1 separate toilet. And of course a fully equipped spacious kitchen with oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher etc The outside area is stunning; Big veranda of over 70 m2 with lounge furniture with a big dining table, big lounging bed with shading canopy. And of course the beautiful garden surrounding the house with private heated pool with a amazing water slide and jumping rock. Palm trees everywhere and other beautiful exotic trees and plants. On the side of the house is a big playground with slide, swing and spacious area to play soccer or other games. The house is completely energised by solar energy. Around and on the roof terras of the house are based over 50 solar panels which supply the house of all the necessary energy. Lajares is a little village on the countryside, which is very well known by surfers and backpackers because of the central position to the famous surf-spots and virgin beaches of the north-coast. 12km from Corralejo, 35km to the Airport, 4km to the beach. In the village you find several restaurants, supermarket, bakeries, pharmacy, surfshops and schools, bars and a Handcraft market on Saturdays. Our property has a house cat. She is called Mickey and is super friendly, used to kids and supplied with all anti-flea stuff. There is a cat flap in the kitchen door. We can close this if you don’t want her inside the house!
