Stunning Private Suite in Silver Lake / Echo Park

Located in Silver Lake, this is a large private bedroom with one queen bed and its own separate entrance, private marble bathroom, and huge walk-in closet. Completely sterilized COVID-19 FREE household. Just one block off of Sunset Blvd, a great selection of restaurants, cafes, and shops are in within walking distance. It is also adjacent to Echo Park and very close to Downtown LA. Guests have access to the large kitchen and laundry, located adjacent to the bedroom. The space This is a large and beautiful private home in the heart of fashionable Silver Lake, adjacent to Echo Park. The private ground floor suite contains a large bathroom with luxurious shower, a walk-in closet, and its own separate keyed entry. If you are interested in adding a second inflatable mattress in the private suite for $25/ night + $25 one time cleaning fee, please let us know. Guest access Up to 2 children under 12 years of age may share bedroom with parent(s) on a blow-up bed at no extra charge (please request at time of booking). During your stay We have our bedroom upstairs, and are often out working, but we like interaction. The large kitchen is a shared area, and guests can cook meals there. We might be cooking together sometimes, but there's ample room, and we like being social. Other things to note We have two friendly dogs, one large and one smallish, and two cats, which can be kept separate from guests, if required. If you are interested in adding an inflatable mattress as a second bed in the private suite, please inquire via messaging. The monthly rate includes bi-weekly cleaning (vacuuming, dusting, polishing, disinfecting and wiping down surfaces). Any additional cleaning or maid laundry service is available at an extra cost on request. There is a large second fridge in the guest suite area, in a pantry, which guests can use for perishable items, and also some shelves. We store some longer term items there as well, and with guests permission, may ask to access from time to time, when it's convenient for the guests.
