The space Villa Patrizia is located on the slopes of the mountain overlooking Castellammare, with a panoramic view of the gulf. The villa is composed of three different types: Bougainvillea, Ivy, Pomegranate, the property has several services such as swimming pool, outdoor showers, garden, barbecue and parking, which are shared among the guests. The villa is 1 km from the center of the town, about 3 km from the sandy beach of Castellammare and about 10 km from Scopello and the Zingaro Nature Reserve. The owners live on the ground floor of the villa and will be, if customers wish, available to guests for any advice or primary needs.
