PARKING: Due to the new presidential advisory for the entire City of Baguio, we recommend that you bring one big car (rather than more than 1 small cars) due to very limited parking slots around baguio. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: 1. We have very limited parking space so please check with us availability of parking slot if you will be bringing a car. Due to the new ordinance in Baguio City, it is not allowed to park on the streets. Other nearby and safe parking options are Burnham Park and SM City Baguio. 2. Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am. We may allow an early check-in or late check-out depending on availability and with an additional fee which should be agreed upon with the host beforehand. 3. Guests should bring their own bath towels for personal hygiene purposes. 4. We only accommodate a maximum of 20 persons for this house including children, with additional fee should you exceed the number of guests indicated in your booking. 5. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. 6. Basic kitchen and dining utilities are available for use by the guest, but it is the guest's responsibility to clean them after use. Guests should observe a CLAYGO policy. 7. Room service/ house help/ cook/ dishwasher is not provided as the property is NOT a hotel or resort. You may REQUEST for such services but we recommend that you arrange it with us and agree on a fixed fee BEFOREHAND. 8. Treat the unit as your own home. Keep the property and all facilities/amenities in proper order and good condition. We ask that you respect our property and leave the place as you found it as we really work hard in maintaining everything in our property in very good condition. 9. We have a quiet time of 9PM to 6AM. Please limit your activities in the house until 9PM only so that all guests can have a restful and peaceful stay during your visit.
