Other things to note It is a very quiet residential area. The house is family-friendly, so the neighborhood's peace and quiet should be respected to the fullest. There is a school in front, so during school time it is common to hear children playing when they go out to recess. Despite this, it is not annoying since the windows are modern and hermetically sealed. This has been my home for many years.
