The accommodation is comfortable and ideal for 4 people, the beds in the children's rooms are standard size. The double room bed is extra large and can be divided into two twin beds. The top floor is a beautiful, spacious and sunny terrace with beautiful views. The floors are natural oak parquet and radiant floor heating. Air conditioning in all rooms. Guest access Access to the house is at street level. The house is a triplex without an elevator, so going up to the rooms and the terrace can be uncomfortable for people with limited mobility. Other things to note It is a very quiet residential area. The house is family-friendly, so the neighborhood's peace and quiet should be respected to the fullest. There is a school in front, so during school time it is common to hear children playing when they go out to recess. Despite this, it is not annoying since the windows are modern and hermetically sealed. This has been my home for many years.
