The latter offers direct services to Atocha train station for the AVE (high-speed train services to Sevilla, Valencia, and Barcelona). Close to the apartment, you can find everything you might need, including pharmacies, supermarkets, bazaars, and fashion stores, from large chains like Zara to smaller boutique shops of all styles. The apartment is equipped with split-type air conditioning for the summer and a heating system for the winter in all areas of the house. It consists of one independent bedroom that ensures tranquility and rest, a fully equipped and newly renovated kitchen where you can prepare your favorite recipes and enjoy them at our 3-seat dining set. The living room features a projector and a retractable screen of a good size with an Apple TV device, allowing you to access your streaming accounts and continue watching your favorite series and movies. The apartment has a surface area of approximately 75m2 and is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Two sets of keys are provided. Please, do not lose them! There will be a €50 charge for a replacement if they are lost. Guest access Access to the entire apartment is granted, allowing you to enjoy all the comforts and ensuring 100% privacy and autonomy to make you feel at home. The living room features a spacious and comfortable couch, along with all modern amenities. It has a projector with a retractable screen of a good size, though it does not offer traditional local channels. You can also access streaming platforms using your personal accounts, such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, HBO, Disney+, and many more. High-speed Wi-Fi is provided as well, understanding the importance of staying connected. The recently renovated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including utensils, a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher. It also comes with a supply of basic items for your convenience, such as sugar, salt, oil, coffee, muesli, and cereal. You are welcome to use the utensils and consume the supplies as you wish. Additionally, there is a small table ideal for having breakfast. The dining area features a 3-seat table, perfect for sharing an excellent meal with friends and family or for working. The bedroom is the perfect size for moving around comfortably. The double bed with a comfortable mattress measuring 1.35 x 1.90m ensures a good night's sleep. It also has a generously sized wardrobe for storage. The bathroom provides hot water, a hairdryer, and comes with a supply of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and towels. Other things to note The check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and the check-out time is at 11:00 AM. However, we are flexible and can accommodate your needs whenever possible. We provide 2 sets of keys for your convenience. Please take good care of them, as in the event of loss, a fee of €70 will be charged to obtain a replacement copy.
