The apartment is located on the 7th floor (with elevator), is an ancient "atelier d'artist" (artist studio), now a charming and bright duplex of 75 m2 (807sf) overlooking the rooftops. Ideally located in the center of Paris, next to the Champs Elysées. It is located in a very quiet street and the flat is very very quiet. It has air conditionner. The space It is decorated with French antics style furniture with a contemporary touch (the mother of the owner decorated the flat and is a french famous designer). The large confortable bathroom has a large round bath and a shower. Upstairs, there is a sofa that can be display as a bed (but it's just 130cm large). Toilets are separated from the bathroom. OTHER Linen and towels provided for the duration of stay. The apartment is fully cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. Other things to note You’ll find all the restaurants you could ever want in the neighborhood but in case you want to stay in and cook for yourself there is grocery stores (Carrefour and a Franprix) and many Bio at 3 minutes walking from the apartment. The flat has all of the appliances you might need, including fridge, dish washer, hot water kettle, toaster, oven and so on!
