Monthly-Spacious Suite w/Private Bath at Vineyard

No longer a BNB but still at great space... Enjoy this unique home and special suite! This space boasts a large room with a private attached bath. Tub, shower, and extra vanity in room. Location is secluded, on working vineyard. On the Fruit and Wine Byway, great biking, wine tasting, and activities. Pre approval for pets is required. This spacious room, with vaulted ceilings, accommodates 2 adults plus a small child or infant and is affectionately known as the Breedlove room. It is named after my mother June Breedlove. There is an attached bath with shower, toilet and sink. In the room has a large tub and extra vanity with a sink. This house is a unique and custom designed space with several split levels throughout. It creates a feeling of cozy privacy wherever you may go. The home is spacious with several secluded areas for reading and peaceful time. There is a reading room on the uppermost level a deck with views of the Grand Mesa and our vineyard. There are two living rooms. One with a wood burning fireplace and one downstairs with a television. The kitchen is available for heat-and-eat, and there is room for some guest's items to keep cold in the fridge. Outdoor spaces are numerous. A fully covered deck in the back of the home, an open upper deck, sitting areas in the yard, and lots of space to walk through the vineyard. Guest access Much of the property is available for use by guests. This room is one of three, available for hosting, so other guests might be staying at the same time. Other bedrooms (guest's and the owner's room), the garage, the vineyard shop (studio), and the basement are the only parts of the property not considered common areas. During your stay I am busy with a many property chores most days, in and away from the property. When I am home I would enjoy the company and getting to know my guest. I would like to make all my guests feel at home and have a pleasant experience. If you prefer more privacy just let me know. I have two dogs, that remain in the down stairs mostly, in my living area. Some times they likes to visit guests upstairs once they get to know you. Other things to note We have a working vineyard and during 10 months of the year there is a minimum of one worker 6 days a week. During harvest there are more workers on the property. The workers are in the vineyard and will not be in the house but use the same parking areas. There are several stairs throughout the home due to the unique design. If you have mobility issue please be aware. Unfortunately it is not wheelchair accessible. If you have small children, please note the home is not baby proof, so parents will need to be mindful of common household hazards.
