Only short term rentals (solo arrendamientos de temporadas) for non-tourist uses: professional, cultural, education, medical, family need The space Our Madrid attic apartment is our vacation home - filled with sunlight, slanted ceilings, exposed beams, and views of the Almudena cathedral. It is a small cozy apartment, best suited for people accustomed to traveling together. It has 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed, down comforter and pillows. There is a 2-person sofa bed in the living room, a full sunny kitchen, washer, iron, hairdryer, elevator (but I like the back steps for exercise, and incredible views of every important monument and church in Madrid - all illuminated at night). Hardwood floors, slanted ceilings, skylights with gorgeous views. Sunlight floods into the kitchen in the morning. The new bathroom sparkles. There is UPDATED super-fast wifi in the apartment, plus lots of free wifi in cafes, bars and cultural sites. The apartment is very quiet with thick stone walls. The bed is super comfortable, with nice linens, down comforter and 4 down and feather pillows. Open the skylight in the bedroom you hear birds singing in the morning, and gentle church bells from all over Madrid. But go downstairs, onto the street, and there you are in the middle of everything. Guest access The apartment is so centrally located you will never even need public transportation. Everything is walking distance! I'll have lots of great recommendations for you. Other things to note TIME TO ENJOY MADRID!!! Again, or for the first time...it's time to come fall in love with Madrid. The city's happy, ironic, fun-loving people are out in the streets and cafes enjoying sunshine, enjoying moonlight, enjoying life. Madrid has plenty of cultural offerings, among which gorgeous parks and plazas, and the nearby river for strolling, bike riding and people watching from the cafes.
