The is a lovely 2 bedroom apartment situated in a fantastic complex on the beach front of La Duquesa , it is a 2 minute walk into the marina of La Duquesa. The complex is gated with 24hr security, 4 swimming pools & paddle/tennis courts . The space This apartment is situated in a beautiful complex in La Duquesa port , it is right on the beach front with access to the marina and the neighbouring village Sabinilla´s . The complex itself has 4 swimming pools with sun beds , a gym and a tennis / paddle court. Guest access The apartment is completely open to guests apart from a few cupboards that are locked for personal items. This apartment has its own wifi as well as the community wifi . If there are 5 guests we will need to provide an extra bed or a cot. There is an extra charge of 25€ a week for this. We can also provide a high chair for a small fee. Other things to note The air conditioning is on a timer . 30 minutes, 1 hour and 2 hours. It will turn off automatically after the time you set it to. You can get up and put it straight back on. It’s just safe guard so it’s not over used and left on all day and night or when the property is empty . Please keep the doors and windows shut while it is on.
