We're located on a wooded 26-acre property, green and quiet yet just minutes off of I-85. WE HAVE INDOOR/OUTDOOR CATS. If you have allergies, our place is not for you. Rural Charm # 2 is perfect for traveling professionals or tourists driving I-85 or I-95 that want to stop. We're located close to Lake Phoenix, Ft Barfoot, and Virginia Motor Sports Park. We're 1 hour south of Richmond, VA. The space Relax in this calm and comfortable space atop a beautiful spiral staircase. Guest access Guests have access to the living room, powder room, dining room, well- stocked kitchen, and the pantry, which contains a guest refrigerator, washer, and dryer. Guests who book this room share a bath with the hosts. The Hosts bedroom is located on the other end of the balcony and is exclusively the hosts space. The den (off the kitchen) is exclusively the hosts space. During your stay We respect our guests' privacy, and our interaction with them will be determined by the guests' needs and desires. Other things to note 1. Must have the ability to climb and carry luggage up a spiral staircase. 2. WE HAVE INDOOR/OUTDOOR CATS. 3 This guest room does not have a TV.
