Just 10 minutes on foot from Ottaviano Metro Station, St. Peter’s Square, and the Vatican Museums. I’ll be happy to welcome you, just as I would a friend The space My home directly overlooks the Dome of St. Peter’s: it almost feels like you can touch it. The sunrise and sunset offer spectacular colors, as seen in the photos I’ve taken. The neighborhood is safe, even for solo travelers, and vibrant for those who enjoy nightlife. The main attractions of Rome are easily reachable on foot or by public transport. All guests, whether traveling alone or in pairs, are welcome as long as they respect the house rules. LGBTQI+ friendly. I’ll be happy to offer advice before and during your stay and, if you’d like, share travel experiences. The room is decorated with books, cushions, and some of my artwork. It has air conditioning, heating, fast Wi-Fi, a desk, a large wardrobe, and a minibar. You’ll find clean sheets, soft towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer, a kettle to make tea, and a coffee machine with pods, cream, and sugar for a sweet Italian wake-up. The palace of the last century, the the facade and the hall have been restored recently. Bright and open on the square will make you feel citizens of Rome, furnished in style with the district, organized with my personal taste for art. The room is equipped with frigobar, hot and cold air conditioning, sockets to charge the phone, I will provide you the towels you need. You can work on a comfortable desk, keep in touch with your family members using wi-fi, relax reading a book with comfortable bedside lights. Rules of the house: We follow the rules of good education. Leave everything as you've found it. Keep your personal belongings in your room. The guests can't use the kitchen. In common and passage rooms an outdoor dress code is required. During your stay I am an art historian, born in Rome, and I will be happy to offer advice and suggestions to make your stay and visit to the city unforgettable. The room is at the complete disposal of guests, with access to a shared bathroom, equipped with a shower and a bathtub. I may occasionally enter to take a book from the bookshelf in the room, water the plants, or take out the trash, but if someone is in the room, I will always ask for permission first. Guests are free to sleep in or return late. I adapt to individual needs, respecting how much guests wish to interact and chat during their stay. Other things to note Luggage storage is not allowed. There is a Luggage Storage Point around the corner and in every part of the city. Check-in in the established time slot is agreed by appointment, kindly as soon as possible. Late Check-in is allowed when possible, in special cases, such as international flights. The well-being of guests is my top priority, that's why I perform a daily wellness-check.
