To help keep the villa comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask that you treat the space with the same care you would your own home. Please leave all furniture, linens, towels, and items as you found them. White towels and sheets are provided fresh—if you’re using makeup or sunscreen, we’ve placed disposable face towels in each bathroom to help avoid stains. If items are damaged or heavily marked, a replacement fee may apply: • Towels: $20 each • Sheets: $50 each To protect the furniture, please be sure to dry off before sitting down, especially after swimming. Damage will incurre the replacement for same or equal quality as well as a shopping fee of $50 Our villa is part of a peaceful neighborhood, so parties and loud music aren’t permitted. Quiet hours are especially important in the evenings. If you’d like to host a small gathering, let us know—we’re happy to assist with arrangements and notify the Banjar on your behalf. The cleaning fee covers a standard clean. We just ask that the villa is kept reasonably tidy and not left in heavy mess (such as from large meals or celebrations). Please note: the villa does not have a backup generator. In the rare event of a power outage, electricity will return once restored by PLN. For your comfort, flashlights and a first aid kit are provided. Check-out is at 12:00 PM to allow our team to prepare the space for the next guests.
