Bedroom 1 (faces inner yard): The king-size bed (1,80 x 2,00m) offers you enough comfort and relaxation during the summer nights. The room is further equipped with a wardrobe and a relaxation chair. The Bedroom has also access to the balcony. Bedroom 2: Equipped with a queen-size bed (1.40×2.00m) from solid wood, a wardrobe and a sofa. Living room: In the cozy living room you can chill out on the corner sofa. The room with a view over the Seerhein is also equipped with a flat screen TV. The livingroom has an access to the balcony. Balcony: The spacious balcony (12 qm) turns to be the third room where you can relax, dine, read a book, sunbathe, have a nap or enjoy a drink during the summer. Because of its splendid view, comfortable furniture and spaciousness, it is the most preferred spot in the appartment to hang out in the summer. Kitchen/ Diningroom: Our modern kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to cook and enjoy a delicious meal. This includes a huge fridge (incl. freezer), an oven, a ceramic stove, a dishwasher, a automatic coffee maker and an electric kettle. The integrated dining room comforts you with a big wooden table and four chairs. Bathroom: The spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle, a bathtub and a toilet. Guest bathroom: Equipped with its own sink and a toilet, it turns out to be a very essential spot in case of full occupation.
