We are located near the Holy Trinity Cathedral (Sameba). This is a separate, standalone guest house, not a garage, as some reviews mistakenly mention. From January 10, 2026, the house has central heating. The guest house includes: 30 sq. m room, kitchen, shower and toilet, veranda Wi-Fi. The area is quiet and peaceful, with a true countryside feel, while the Old Town is within walking distance (10–15 minutes).Nearby you’ll find many shops&market . I live in the neighboring house. Other things to note No pets are allowed.
