The space This is a three-story oceanfront townhouse located directly on the beach, positioned as the end unit (developers original unit) on the right-hand side as you approach. The home features three bedrooms total, with one bedroom on each floor. When you enter the home, a hallway leads to the primary suite, while the stairs take you up to the main living level. First Level – Primary Suite The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, two seating chairs, large Samsung frame smart tv for theatre like experience, private bathroom, and direct access to the beach through its own private door. Hall closet with hangers and additional amenities like high chair, baby gates, pack & play, and beach chairs for guests. Second Level – Main Living Area The main floor features the kitchen, living room, dining area, and deck, all with beautiful ocean views. Down the hallway you will find another full bathroom and a bedroom with a queen bed with views of the ocean from bed. The laundry area is also located on this level. There is a neighboring condo building to the North. We feel the home remains very private overall but like to share this detail in advance. • Garage: The garage is reserved for owner storage and is not available for guest use at this time. • Parking: A maximum of two vehicles is allowed in the driveway for comfortable entrance and exit of vehicles. Please park as far to the right as possible. If you are traveling with an additional 3rd vehicle, contact us ahead of time and we can help arrange accommodations. Please never park in front of neighbors’ properties even for short periods of time. An exterior security camera monitors the driveway. • Stairs: This is a three-story townhouse with stairs, which may not be ideal for very young children, guests with mobility limitations, or anyone who prefers a single-level home.
