Located in a quiet neighbourhood of Jan Juc, it's the perfect getaway to unwind and immerse yourself into a relaxing getaway. Follow the sun around and lounge on one of the 3 decks at Beachy Keen. Or during winter cosy up with a bottle of wine and a book or board game in front of the gas fire place. But be sure to discover the beaches! A must... The space Just off the famous Great Ocean Road, Beachy Keen is located in Jan Juc and is the ideal escape for winter or summer stays. The bungalow is a cosy 2 bedroom set up, packed with everything to make your stay as comfortable and seemless as possible. Guests will find books, games, puzzles, foxtel, toasty indoor gas fire place, reverse cycle air-conditioning, large balcony at the front of the property, a separate deck out the back, Weber BBQ, the perfect kitchen for those who love to cook, popcorn maker, sandwich maker, 6 person dining table with additional 4 seats at the large kitchen bench. Our Beachy Keen "House Rules Guide" has some handy information on how to use the oven, stovetop and heater. We use the house ourselves when we can, so you will sometimes find food in cupboards and condiments in fridge. Linen and towels are supplied however lately due to Covid we understand our guests like to bring their own, so If you have have favourite pillow, duvet or blanket you prefer to bring, let us know as this will save us time with setting up. Also, If you are going to hit the beaches, remember your beach towels and picnic rugs. If you have little ones, we can also provide a high chair and portacot on request. There is no charge for this. Generally, guests are welcome for a minimum of 2 nights weekday or weekend. Over peak period min. 5 night stay over peak/busy periods (e.g., School Holidays Christmas Holidays, Public Holidays - peak rates apply) unless otherwise arranged. We are also allowing for 1 nights stays - these are charged at higher rates. The property is pet friendly for dogs on request (strictly outdoors only) and food bowls are available. We have done what we can to secure the property, so your furry friends don't get out, on occasion small dogs have been able to get out. Unfortunately we don't accept responsibility for dogs that are able to get out. Guest access Guests are allowed to access all areas of the property, excluding the garage. The parking lot is large enough for 2 cars. The key to the front door can sometimes be a little hard to use, however the same key will let you though the back door too. Other things to note Make sure you bring your walking shoes as there are many beautiful tracks around the Juc/Torquay area you will want to discover.
