With its walkable appeal, public art, fun festivals and electric atmosphere, National Harbor gives you a taste of D.C.’s big city, but with a smaller community vibe. Gaylord Convention Center is minutes away. And the many sights of America’s capital beacon just across the water: There's an attraction for everyone for your D.C. day trips--Smithsonian museums, the US Government in action, Arlington National Cemetery, or cheer on one of the home teams--Washington Capitals, the Mystics or Wizards, the Commanders, or the nearby Nationals! Relax after your long day at the Resort's pool and hot tub and rest comfortably in your luxurious condominium. Other things to note • CHECK-IN: All guests must check in at the Front Registration Desk • Check-in: 4pm • Check-out: 10am • You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room • Children 17 years or under stay for free with a paying adult when using existing bedding, not to exceed maximum occupancy of room. • A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. A $250 security deposit (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account. • The resort accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Pre-paid cards, checks and credit card authorization forms are not accepted. • Pets are not permitted • Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charge • No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited. • Self parking is available at the St. George Parking Garage located adjacent to the resort for $24 per day. Hourly rates are also available. • You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests. Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund.
