Greenbelt Loft in the Perfect Location!

My place will make sure you're in the heart of Makati where all the action is. The apartment is in a luxury doorman building across Greenbelt 5. It is in a safe area and in the epitome of cosmopolitan Manila! The space I bought this place in 2016 as my first big adult investment. With the help of friends, we lovingly designed, built, decorated and furnished this space. I’ve always loved the clean, crisp elements of Scandinavian home design which served as an inspiration for the décor of the unit. I'm so proud of the way my little apartment came out. I am excited to share it with you! Please take the time to read all of the information below and the house policies before booking. Size: 45sqm or 488sqft Building name: Eton Residences Greenbelt Furnished with the below amenities: 1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2) Utensils, Plates Microwave, Electric Kettle, Rice Cooker, Refrigerator Hair Dryer Basic Toiletries (Shampoo, Body Wash) Warm (sometimes hot) Shower Towels Ironing Board and Iron Air Conditioning (on both 1st & 2nd floor) 42" Smart TV with Cable in Living Room (56 Channels) Fast WiFi - up tp 120Mbps (average speed of 50Mbps) Building Amenities: Doorman and 24Hour Security, Elevators Guest access You'll get the entire apartment! Other things to note ***APRIL 2024 UPDATE*** GREENBELT 1 is undergoing major renovation. This will last until 2026. Expect noise and dust because my unit faces the mall. Visitors to the mall will need to pass through Greenbelt 5 entrance which is a few feet away. The view which was previously a parking lot is now a construction site. The unit is HIGHER than the construction site so it does not obstruct the unit's view. ID REQUIREMENTS - I require a copy of ALL occupants' IDs prior to stay. The purpose of this is to register you with the building administration and security as my guests. For data privacy - i will blur out all sensitive details except your name and photo. COVID REQUIREMENT - None. NO SMOKING - Philippine Law Executive Order 26 prohibits smoking indoors. My building is a non-smoking building. DO NOT smoke in the apartment, in the hallways, in the fire escape, in the lobby, or in any common area in the building. There are designated smoking areas outside the lobby on the ground floor. If you are caught smoking indoors, there is a $200USD penalty. This will be used to pay for penalties levied on me as the unit owner for smoking in the building + cleaning fees to remove any and all traces of smoke particularly with regard to furniture, upholstery, curtains (esp. if smoking is done in the unit). MID-STAY CLEANING - we will refresh your towels, linens and sheets. Free 1x a week (7 days) cleaning for longer stays of at least 10 days or more. Otherwise it is ₱2000 per cleaning. Please message me 1 day in advance to schedule. KITCHEN INFO - There is NO oven, only a simple stove. There are dozens of restaurants in the area. MOBILITY INFO - The shower and toilet is on the 2nd floor of the loft. If you are nursing an injury, have difficulty walking or taking the stairs, my apartment is not suitable for you. PARKING - Not Available. WASHER, DRYER, LAUNDRY - Not available in the unit/building. Drop-off laundromats nearby. EARLY CHECK IN - Possible only if no prior guest checking out. You must give me notice. LATE CHECK OUT - Possible only if there is no one checking in after you. There is a fee of Php1,500 for check-outs 2pm-5pm. After 5pm please book another night. If you need this option, message me. LUGGAGE STORAGE - for early arrivals / late departures - please message me to let me know. On occasion the receptionist allows guests to leave luggage. KIDS - While kids and children are certainly welcome, please watch them closely and do not allow them to rough house especially in the loft portion as they may miscalculate the space, stairs and banisters and injure themselves. PETS - Not Allowed.
