Stylish Apartment with Secure Parking Onsite

This modern apartment features abundant natural light from the balcony windows, a free car park in the building and a common area with a newly renovated pool spa/jacuzzi and gym. The space Entire, spacious 1 bedroom apartment in a secure building, perfectly located to experience everything Melbourne has to offer! Trams and trains are right at your door and so many of the top things to see/do a short walk away. Exceptional facilities include free wifi and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooktop and electric oven so when you're not dining out you can cook up a storm and relax at the dining table with a glass of wine over your meal. The spacious lounge room has a comfortable couch to relax on and watch some TV, Netflix, a movie or even take a cheeky afternoon nap! The couch also doubles as a queen-sized sofa bed where we can comfortably accommodate up to 2 additional guests (it is essential that you arrange/book this before your stay) NOTE: If there are only 2 guests and you require the sofa bed an additional laundry fee of $15 applies. The bedroom is also spacious with plenty of storage space for your luggage in the built-in robes and a super comfortable queen sized bed. Lots of extra amenities including iron, ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine and clothes dryer. Guest access Fresh towels are provided on arrival and we have supplied shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap too. You'll find the washing machine and clothes dryer in the bathroom which you are welcome to use (laundry detergent is provided too). In the kitchen there are some basics to get you started - milk, sugar, tea and coffee - there is also a coffee machine (with milk frother) for your daily caffeine fix (although there are plenty of coffee shops nearby too). If you feel like cooking, there are plenty of utensils and gadgets as well as a few condiments, salt and pepper etc. If want to burn off a few of those delicious Melbourne dinners or just keep fit during your stay you have access to the building's onsite gym and pool spa/jacuzzi area too.
