From early May to mid-October, access to the heated pool from 9am/22pm The space This charming 90m2 country house includes 4 bedrooms, 3 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. There are 2 terraces including one equipped with a large umbrella that overlooks the pool. We rent 1, 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms depending on the number of people but always villa privatized regardless of the number of rooms reserved. Extra charge of €7.5 per person requested for a single night, beds made on arrival (this is not an option). Shower linens and towels included in the price at no extra charge from 2 nights. You have the living room dining room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms with showers and toilet each. Ping-pong table, basketball hoop. Barbecue Weber 57cm (provide charcoal) on request available. A deposit and a supplement are requested when a party (birthday, EVJG, etc...) is organized. Please specify the number of people. A festive space of 80 m2 is available facing the pool on request for parties, EVG, EVF. Closed by roller curtains depending on the weather and fully open to the outside in summer (Pool House). Guest access The parking, the courtyard, the terrace shaded by the wisteria and the large terrace are private for our tenants. The terrace is ideal if you want to enjoy your meals outdoors, a plancha or Weber barbecue are at your disposal. Parking space for several vehicles near the villa. Ability to helicopter land in the open fields on the property. Other things to note Full breakfast possible on certain days (€12/person). Beds made on arrival are included in the price from 2 nights. For reservations of one night only, the extra bed linen is 7,5€ per person, to be paid on arrival. The cottage is private for one to 10 guests with 2 beds on the sofa bed in the living room (Preferably from spring to late summer for maximum comfort) The Balneo space for 2 people, independent is to be requested when booking to be agreed with Fred&Eric. Usually from 5pm to 8pm. It is privatized for 2 on an hourly slot, 49 euros to be paid on the spot. Towels provided. This area is closed in summer when the pool is accessible!
