Garden apartment facing the sea

This house is part of one of the most prestigious condominiums in Porto Cervo. It is ideal for families with children as there is a condominium beach that does not require the use of a car to experience the beach and the sea. The shared pool is a service available from June 5 to September 20 of each year (dates vary depending on the weather, please ask for details if interested). The house is not suitable for those who need special accessibility. The space The accommodation is a private home regularly frequented by the property and not used only for rent, which is why availability is limited to only certain periods. Practical and comfortable with a swimming pool and beach (the first reserved only for condominiums), it also has a support pier, practical and suitable for stays related to sailing sports events. It is a 3-minute drive from the most popular bars and the Marina (12-minute walk). Due to a condominium failure, we have never restored the connection to the TV's satellite cable, in fact we have excluded the TV from the services. The TVs (except one) can be used as a screen to which to attach the PC via HDMI cable. For the 2026 season, the satellite service will be integrated with smart TVs. Guest access Guests will have access to all the amenities of the Condominium. Other things to note We are available to send special offers in case guests want to book for 2 or 4 people (outside of high season) but the price will not include the use of the second bathroom and one of the rooms.
