A well-kept and flowered garden leads to the door of this bright apartment with a separate entrance, composed by a large living room with dining table, TV and internet point, fully equipped kitchenette, refined bathroom with walk-in shower and spacious bedroom with large wardrobe. Brand new furniture in neutral colors and light and modern taste, recently renovated. All the furniture has been studied to guarantee the deep relaxation and peacefull sensation according Feng shui. Private parking space and outdoor area equipped for lunch and solarium Guest access the garden of the villa is magnificent and well-kept; in front of the entrance of the apartment there is a 4-seater table handcrafted by the owner of the house, restoring an old wooden mill. A solarium with two deckchairs and a built-in sofa complete the outdoor area. The private parking space is located in front of the garden. Into the Villa there are also a small gap and a laundry area with washing machine. Suitable for a couple; it is possible, however, to add a bed for a young child.
