If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway where you can relax, cool off, and enjoy a drink by the pool, my place is the perfect choice. This charming one-bedroom apartment offers a partial Sea View of the beach and is located in a quiet neighbourhood of Sunny Beach, only 670 meters from the beach. The space This bright and spacious 60 m² apartment features a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a sofa bed that accommodates 1–2 guests, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and five chairs. It also includes a flat-screen TV, a bathroom with a toilet, two balconies, and a partial Sea View overlooking Sunny beach. The apartment is fully functional and comfortable for your stay. Guest access My guests have free access to public parking in front of the building and swimming pool. There is a Aperitif- Bar inside the Apartment-complex that offers hot and cold Drinks, sandwiches, ice cream. Before you book my apartment, please ACCEPT the Pool rules: Running, jumping, and diving in or around the pool are strictly prohibited! No Inflatable Mattresses allowed in or around Pool! No glass ware (bottles, cups...) is allowed near the pool area! The house Café-bar offers drinks in Plastic or Can, you can enjoy around the pool! Consumption of food in Pool and Pool area is not allowed! Arrival/Departure: Standard Check-in is 15:00. Early Check-in (subject to availability) of 09:00 AM + 25€ Standard Check-out is before noon 11:00. Late Check-out (subject to availability) of 14:00 PM + 25€ To guarantee early check-in, I recommend booking the space for the night prior to your arrival. I will gladly arrange a transfer from the airport to my place. Please, be informed that a section of 100 meters of the street leading to our complex is not asphalted.
