The space The apartment is for your individual use and consists of a nice living room with a cosy sofa, a large bed, a dining table, a bathroom with shower and toilette, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Everything is completely new furnished! Everything that is in the apartment can be used by the guest! My apartment offers a hot water boiler, a coffee machine, a microwave, a dish washer, a laundry machine and everything you need to feel comfortable: Free Wi-Fi is provided, as well as digital TV in the living room with more than 70 international channels, inviting you for a cosy evening with self-cooked (Austrian ;-)-meals - just in case if you want to take a break from Vienna´s sightseeing & all the restaurants. All necessary towels and bed linens are always provided fresh and clean for you! There are also a few supermarkets, a doctor´s office and a pharmacy in the close proximity.
