CITY CENTRE THATCHED COTTAGE. Unique opportunity to stay in Galway Citys oldest thatched cottage. Our Cottage is in the heart of Galway's West End. We are located close to fantastic cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and Galway attractions. The seaside is just 5 minutes walk from the Cottage. This fabulous 200 year old Cottage was recently re-thatched. A small home with two double bedrooms, one bathroom ( downstairs ), dining area and cute garden. The Cottage retains many original features. The space A unique thatched cottage in the West End of Galway's city centre. 2 double rooms upstairs, bathroom downstairs ( as was traditional in old Cottages ), small kitchenette, dining area and sitting room. We also have a small outdoor seated area at the back of the Cottage. Please take into account this is a very old building with all the quirks and features of an old Irish cottage. It does have all mod cons but also original windows, doors, walls and stairs. Please note ceilings are low. Guest access Karen will keep in contact with you re access and keys. If arrivals are delayed a key can be left in our bar( Massimo ) just around the corner. Parking is on street and during business hours there is a parking meter on the street. Other things to note You can log on to WIFI through our QR code. The WIFI box is in the cupboard at the stairs. Parking is on street metered parking.
