At witching hour the view is magnificent and a drink on the verandah may beckon. The apartment is decorated minimalist but with comfort, enabling the space to function well. Comprising 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms privacy can be maintained if 4 choose to stay. While centrally located the accommodation is not noisy. Guest access The full apartment is available for guests as well as the shared indoor heated swimming pool, gym and tennis court and outdoor communal b-b-q area. No on site car parking included in the overnight fees, but this can be offered at an additional cost of $20 per night. We offer a premium foxtel package as well as free WiFi. Music via Ipod / Iphone can be played on a Bose speaker. Respect for other residents is required - i.e. no parties and no loud music. Access can be 24/7 for arrival/departure. Other things to note The apartment is on the 13th floor, unit 136. There are two lifts. CCTV is 24/7 in common areas and a remote control is required for all street level access as well as internal common doorways e.g. bin area.
