The space Entire 720sq ft condo space available to guests with private entry. Includes full kitchen equipped with gas stovetop oven, sink, dishwasher, microwave, plate and cookware, dining area, living room, private bedroom (king size bed), three closets for plenty of storage, bathroom with bathtub/shower and outdoor balcony. Guest access Guests amenities included: complex laundry room, pool, hot tub, bbq area, dry sauna and gym. Laundry and drying machines are card operated. These common amenities are accessible with a key provided to guests and private to complex for complex residents only. Pets welcome! 🐶😻😁 No pet over 55 lbs per guest stay. Cats and small-medium dogs only. No reptiles/aquariums. Must be potty trained. Pet fee: $150/month or $5/24hrs. Please DM host to inquire before booking if you’re bringing a fluff buddy or additional payments may be requested prior to or during check-in if pets are not disclosed at time of booking. Pet fee is charged via “special offer” sent to guest prior to host accepting booking. A designated covered garage parking spot for your exclusive use is included in your stay! Additionally, a guest parking pass is provided for duration of stay. Guest parking is subject to availability and guest parking pass must be displayed on vehicle rear view mirror at all times. Failure to return keys/guest parking pass upon check-out will result in an $50.00 fee to be requested of guest. No parking pass is needed for the designated garage parking spot. Other things to note No smoking/vaping indoors. Please smoke/vape outside on patio only. Pets/furbaby’s allowed (under 55 lbs) no reptiles or fish (no large gallon tanks). Only toilet paper down the toilet. Please no wipies, feminine products or paper towels down toilets. No grease/rice down the sinks. Guest will notify host immediately if plumbing or any issues affecting stay/use of property arise. Condo quiet hours 10pm-9am. No loud parties, noise or gatherings. No illegal drugs or weapons allowed on premises. Pool hours: 8am-10pm. Please follow social distancing and covid regulations while using amenities at your own risk. Guest must park in designated, covered parking spot during stay and/or display provided guest parking pass when parked in guest parking area.
