Some shops (at 5 minutes walk) open 7/7 365 days a year until midnight. The space The flat is in a recent building, with double glasses noise isolation windows. The flat has 2 bedrooms and the living room: - Room 1: 1 bed 180x200cm large, up to 2 guests - Room 2: 1 bed 160x200cm large, up to 2 guests, and 1 single bed for 1 guest - Living room: 1 sofa-bed 150x200cm large, up to 2 guests The bedrooms doors have key lock. On demand, extra beds can be installed for up to 10 guests. Cot for baby is also available. - Modern kitchen equipment, with oven, microwave, air ventilation, big refrigerator/freezer, dish washer, washing machine. Big flat television with home cinema Blue-ray/DVD 7.1 WiFi system that can display internet channels/youtube, internet with high speed, easy for free home / international calling via internet VoIP messengers. - Bus and train are about 5 minutes walk from the flat, airport is at 7 minutes by train. 3 supermarkets and shopping centers are about 4 to 10 minutes walk, 1 supermarket (the nearest) opens everyday (including weekend and holidays) from 6:30am (weekday) or 8am (weekend) to 11pm, some other shops open until 11pm, midnight and even after mid-night (in front of train station, the other side, opposite to the side of the flat). The lake is about 10-12 minutes walk from home. Almost the same time distance for green grass promenade and English garden, UN, WTO (connection with bus/trolley bus is also possible, from 4 to 10 minutes). Sightseeing, museums, cultural and entertainment centers are also nearby or easily reachable from this central transport hub (with bus/tram/trolley bus/train connection nearby), i.e. direct bus to PALEXPO nearby.
